SHIPPING

  • When will my order ship?
    Thank you for shopping with us directly! As of April 1st 2026 - Please allow 3-4 working days for the dispatch of your order. Please note the Easter Holidays fell on Friday 3rd April - Monday 6th April. You will receive a tracking number directly from our fulfilment partner Diamond Comics. Our USA fulfilment partner, Diamond Comics, has confirmed that all orders placed between April 1st - April 8th are due to be dispatched by Friday the 10th of April. Thanks You! - Team Arkus

  • Are all orders sent with tracked shipping?
    The large majority of our orders are sent using trackable services. You will receive a tracking number directly from Diamond Comics. However, this is not always possible for certain countries.

  • Are orders sent from and is shipping tax-friendly?
    As of April 1st 2026 - We are shipping from our distribution partner Diamond Comics in the USA. In most cases are able to provide tax-friendly shipping. However, this is not always possible, and therefore we do not guarantee tax-friendly shipping. You will be liable for any import fees and taxes charged by your country’s customs office.

    At this time we are not actively seeking additional art support, however we are happy to keep your portfolio on file for future reference, so send it on in anyway!

  • Are you excepting submission from Game Designers?
    As of April 1st 2026 we are not accepting submissions. Please check back quarterly.
