We’re sorry to hear you need a replacement!

Please use this form to request replacements for damaged or missing components. If an entire item from your order is missing, please email us at hello@arkusgames.com instead.

We assess each request individually, and replacements are subject to availability. If a component is damaged, please upload a photo in the section provided.

Our small team reviews requests every other Friday. You can generally expect your request to be processed within one month, and we’ll email you once it has been processed.

We send most replacements by standard post from New Zealand. Delivery usually takes 3–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!
