For this campaign we have decided to try and address replacement requests in bulk. This allows us time to assess any potential common occurrences and make a plan on how best to resolve the issue.
Each replacement request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To allow us the time to decide how we will resolve the requests we will not begin to roll out the fulfillment of these requests until March 2025.
We know the timing may not be ideal for some, but as a small publisher we really appreciate the time to assess and address these in bulk. To place a replacement request please use the form below.
